KEY OBJECTIVE

The Manager's key financial objectives are to provide unitholders of IREIT (“Unitholders”) with regular and stable distributions, and the potential for sustainable long-term growth in distribution per Unit (“DPU”) and net asset value (“NAV”) per Unit, while maintaining an appropriate capital structure for IREIT.

  • IREIT Global is the first Singapore-listed real estate investment trust with the investment strategy of principally investing, directly or indirectly, in a portfolio of income-producing real estate in Europe which is or will be primarily used for office, retail, industrial (including logistics and business parks), hospitality, hospitality-related and other accommodation and/or lodging purposes, as well as real estate-related assets.
  • IREIT's portfolio comprises five freehold office properties in Germany, four freehold office properties in Spain and 44 retail properties in France, with a total lettable area of approximately 425,000 sqm. The portfolio has an occupancy rate of approximately 89.5% and an independent valuation of approximately €859.8 million as at 30 June 2025.
